History: A 20 year- old female presented with bilateral weakness
Finding :T2WI show a lesion intra spinal cord located at T10-T11, well defined, isosignal T2W, T1W, strong enhacement post GADO
This case had lung Xray show tuberbulosis and confirmed this diagnosis with sputum culture
4 weeks post anti TB management
