Pott' disease and thigh abscess.

A 36-year-old man presented with a 3- year of low back pain and a- month radiating into the left buttock .

MRI of the lumbar spine and pelvis showed the psoas abscess at the level L4-5 LS

The abscess expend to the left thigh.
