Pott' disease and thigh abscess.

A 36-year-old man presented with a 3- year of low back pain and a- month radiating into the left buttock .

MRI of the lumbar spine and pelvis showed the psoas abscess at the level L4-5 LS

The abscess expend to the left thigh.

Hangman Fracture

A 37-year-old man present with neck pain of history for a week afer motor vehicle accident.

 Lateral Xray view of the cervical spine shows a fracture at the C2 level involing the pars interaticularis.

Axial CT image at the C2 level shows an oblique frature involving the right interarticularis

Jefferson Fracture

A 30-year-old male presented to MEDIC after a fall from acident

 open-mouth show lateral spine dispalcement of lateral masses of C1

CT scan of C1 shows fratures through anterior and posterior rings of C1

TARLOV CYST

A 35 year-old female presented to MEDIC with a 10-years of low back pain. Lumbar spine MRI show a intraspine-extra dural lesion, well-defined at S2 level, hypersignal  T2WI, hyposignal T1WI.

What is the syndrome in this case ?

A 21year-old male presented to MEDIC with a month history of bilateral legs weakness.
